Austin began with The Christman Company as an intern in 2011 and advanced to full-time in 2012. He has contributed as a senior project manager on critical initiatives. Passionate about heavy civil and structural work, Austin joined CMAC in 2025 to lead and mentor our management staff, with a focus on developing the DC Management team in the heavy civil and concrete division.
